Ingredients
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 cups water
Method
- Lightly crush the fennel seeds in a mortar to release their aroma.
- Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
- Add the crushed fennel and turn off the heat.
- Cover and let it steep for five minutes.
- Strain the tea into cups.
- Sip it warm a little while after your meal.
